Maxient's reporting form has no draft feature
A refresh, a timed-out session, or an accidental back-button takes a half-written incident report with it — including every Involved Parties row you'd added. Maxisave fixes that quietly in the background, and can optionally sync your drafts across your own computers through your own Google account.
What it does
Saves as you type
About 0.7 seconds after you stop typing, every 20 seconds as a backup, and once more when the tab closes.
Restores everything
Text fields, dropdowns, and every extra Involved Parties row you'd added — names, ID numbers, roles included.
Status you can see
A small pill in the corner: "Saving…", "Saved 3:42 PM", or "Draft restored from 3:12 PM".
Clear when you want to
One button wipes the draft and empties the form — including resetting the party rows back to one.
Gone on submit
The draft deletes itself the moment the report goes through.
Attachments save automatically
Files you've uploaded to the form are saved and restored right along with the rest of the draft — no extra step.
Sync across your computers (optional)
Sign in with Google and Maxisave keeps drafts in step across every computer you use, stored in a hidden, app-only folder in your own Google Drive — no Maxisave server, and nothing else in your Drive can see it.
Format with AI (optional)
One click sends your incident description to ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini — whichever you choose — to rewrite it as a formatted report. Every name and ID number is swapped for a placeholder before anything is sent, and swapped back locally once the reply comes back.
What Maxisave does with your data
By default, everything lives only in your own browser profile — no servers, no account required. Signing in with Google is entirely optional and only used for the sync feature above; Maxisave never runs its own server and never sees your Google credentials. Session security tokens and the reCAPTCHA response are deliberately never saved. Full details, including exactly what the Format with AI feature does and does not send, are on the privacy page.
